L O O S E R

Today morning I have seen a girl, who is waiting at the desk to collect her printouts. I walked along the desk and I have seen this girl, that’s my first glance at her. After few seconds my eyes again looked at her, this time I saw her full portrait and said to me, “she’s cute”. I want to look at her for some more time and it happened again & again as if somebody is calling me and I am turning my head towards her. Then suddenly she noticed me glance at her & turned her eyes off from me, with ignorance. It happened thrice and I felt that she’s feeling uncomfortable with my behavior. So I have diverted myself from that, but her face is flashing in my mind and my eyes wanted to store the site of her as much as they can. I said to me, “she’s really beautiful”. I want to speak to her; my heart beat increased but nothing happened for a long time and I started thinking of what happens if I do so. I’m on duty and she’s my customer, then I thought of having a conversation once she goes out of the store. For a moment I went out of her sight and a sudden pause…………………………………..

Excuse me..! I’m sorry if you had felt uncomfortable with my behavior. Still hesitant to say ...“Can I speak to you for a moment please”? I don’t know why, I felt something special in you and so my eyes were a little curious to find that special thing in you. You are very charming.

We all got life by a force “the forces of nature between two bodies”; we are living with the influence of force “the force that is rooted in our sub conscious minds when it’s young” & now we are forced to live life like others lived their life. Isn’t it too conditional!

We are conditioned to go to school & study, to get good marks, to respect parents, teachers & the society around us. To believe in god, to follow the culture laid around us, to get a degree in hand, to get a good job & to get married. To have kids, to take care of the family, to save money & to ensure that these conditions are applied on everyone around us who are bound to live life like we lived. Finally nature forces us to die.

It’s sad to say that we are born, grown, live & die by force

MY “MIFF“ EXPERIENCE

Films have influenced my life to a great extent. In my childhood films were just an entertainment for me, but now it’s my passion. This transformation took place when I first visited a film festival of short films & documentaries few years back in banglore. After this event I stopped watching films and started experiencing them. It’s been 3 years since I have started my journey into the world of films with a purpose. This is my 9th event, which had given me a great exposure to various aspects of films. Because I have witnessed the culture, desires, emotions and the delightment of the people around me who had contributed their experiences in bringing out various elements of life with an effort in giving new meaning to the films. All that I have been doing till now is, playing the role of a spectator in these events. Now, with the effect of MIFF, a new door has opened in my mind, that is leading me towards creating celluloid.
